Refund Policy

At BASH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags and packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and your order ID. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@bash.org with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video (if applicable)

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) or as store credit, or based on your preference.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged/wrong items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

  • For other returns: Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
