Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags and packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and your order ID. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) or as store credit, or based on your preference.
Return Shipping

For damaged/wrong items: We’ll cover return shipping costs.

For other returns: Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
